It looks like the kids at Buffalo are hard at work making sure that all of you netbook-lovin' Engadget readers aren't stuck with the minimal storage that has plagued early adopters of the solid state drive. In addition to their recent Eee PC-compatible SSDs, the company is now offering 16GB and 32GB drives for Dell's Inspiron Mini 9. ... Here's a two-fer post: one way to cram spec a higher-capacity Solid State Disk module in your Dell Mini 9 and another to get integrated 3G. Current Mini 9 offerings start at 4GB for the SSD drive and max out at 32GB. SlashGear says that Buffalo now offers both 16GB and 32GB aftermarket modules for your Mini 9: $57 for the small and $101 for the large. I checked Dell's Mini 9 product page for upgrade costs over their lower-capacity 4GB and they factory price the 16GB and 32GB modules at $75 and $100.
